N. Korea agrees to nuclear disarmament

AP: BEIJING - North Korea agreed Tuesday to shut down its main nuclear reactor and eventually dismantle its atomic weapons program in exchange for millions of dollars in aid, just four months after the communist state shocked the world by testing a nuclear bomb.

If Bush turns out to be another Clinton, he will be his responsibility for the nuclear problems we face at a later date...

I do also hope that this is not Clinton style strategy..well one thing is sure different and that is many more partners are involved here (Russia, China, Japan, S. Korea) they were not part of the team before.
