Execution/Strangulation in the Islamic Republic

This is in the city of Tabriz, Iran.
Kamangir: The video is very graphic. This is taken recently in Iran. Do pay attention to people who shout “Allaho-Akbar”, Allah is great. Great is obviously the last word I’ll use for any religion which supports this.

This is strangulation, not hanging. Only vile sociopaths can stand around and watch this barberity without getting sick. This is pure evil at work in Iran. Society has a responsibility to remove murderers from its midsts. However, to put a rope around their necks and strangle them to death while they suffer, is that Gods will? Let them rot in jail until they die.
A public display of hatred has only one purpose, to signal to the citizens of the state that their government is willing to kill anyone to stay in power. End this practice and you take away that power.
Update: 16 hanged in one week in Iran.

What's wrong with beheading? its faster, less painful. And although it is very yuky for the viewer but not for the one losing his head !!(having to deal with these kinds of executions like stonings and this style of hangings,soon people will yearn for importing used-to-be-considred-barbaric Arabic technology!!!)
