Iran Diplomacy Fails to Halt Iraq Attacks, U.S. Says (Update1)
We might as well talk to the insurgents to stop the insurgency...Mr. Crocker is naive to think that the mullahs have any intention of stopping their long and hard-fought battle against "Imperialist US", mapped out over 27 years ago while they're almost winning. Has anyone read Khomein's book or Shariati's book in Pentagon or the State Department? Why are they being paid to listen to lobbyists dispatched by the IR from long ago instead of doing their own homework? Why so many with impaired judgment in the leadership positions? Why do I feel like a broken record???
Sistani et al (Including Maliki and Jaffari) never had any intention of becoming our ally or pass those oil laws that would favor the American companies. They have been deceiving the Bush Adminstration all along, "Crocker recognizes that he faces a difficult path. The Iraqis aren't even close to passing laws that the U.S. Congress has said they must pass if the U.S. is to remain supportive." Mr. Crocker better have a plan B because those oil laws are NEVER going to be passed.
Maliki and Ahmadinejad are concocting some of kind of sinister plan to buy more time as we speak. We better be prepared to deal with a second version of Islamic Republic in Iraq. It is beyond naive to have made an alliance with an Iranian-born Ayatollah, Sistani, who believes in the merits of Velayate-Faghih and obviously plenty of Teqiya. This is the second Ayatollah in less than 3 decades who has managed to outfox the "Great Satan"; the first one being none other than the mass murderer, Carter's Ayatoallh Khomeini. When are we going to realize that we've been had.

Aug. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Diplomatic talks with Iran are failing to stem the insurgency in neighboring Iraq, the U.S. State Department said, as the military revealed Iranian-linked bomb attacks on troops are increasing.
Two rounds of talks between Ambassador Ryan Crocker and his Iranian counterpart in Baghdad, and lower level security discussions, haven't ``yielded positive results,'' State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said.
President George W. Bush said at a press conference today that Iran is being told that ``there will be consequences'' for people sending deadly explosives to Iraq to be used against U.S. soldiers.

These are dark times
These are bad signs
Darkness moves around the world
An abomination has unfuled
Iran and Iran soon to wed
So many more will be dead
A nightmare for humankind
So much perversion maligned
Hand in Hand. Each hoping that the other will fail. What a obvious hypocrisy.
It is important to note, that in such nations, men hold hands of men and men kiss men as a noraml social funtion. If they held a women's hand, or kissed a woman they would be considered evil.
They supress the natual affection of men for women and women for men while embracing the normal affection of men for men, which the west supresses. At the same time, if that natural affection between men appears to be too affectionate, the men can be hanged.
Isn't the world a complex maze of darkened beliefs and sunless ways?
