Yes, I agree with that totally. Even when I have lost big things which I didn't want to lose and fell apart losing, I lived to see what was awaiting me instead. We don't really lose, we replace, maybe not in kind, but in joy. Thanks Serendip.
P.S. Is that photo by you? That pot is amazing and beautiful. This plant is caled "Naz" in Iran, I'll have you know!

It took me a long time to realize the profoundness of that statement. Still, the gains somehow are less joyfull...LOL
