Ahmadinejad Belittles U.S. Ahead Of New York Visit
(CBS) TEHRAN, Iran A day before flying to New York to speak directly to the American people, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad struck a confrontational tone Saturday with a parade of fighter jets and missiles and tough warnings for the United States to stay out of the Mideast.
Three new domestically manufactured warplanes streaked over the capital during the parade marking the 27th anniversary of the Iraqi invasion of Iran, which sparked a 1980-88 war that killed hundreds of thousands of people. The parade also featured the Ghadr missile, which has a range of 1,120 miles, capable of reaching Israel....more here.
Note: Jeeps with banners calling for the "Death of America" and "Death to Israel" both in Arabic and Persian but the sign in English says, as you can see, "Down with US" and "Down with Israel"

Serendip, you must have noticed the spelling of Esraeel, instaed of Israel while the rest of the phrase is in English.they know enough English not to make such mistake.why do you think such thing happened? are they learning kabbala too? are they afraid of something ?!
