Serendip, I am blown away! I doubt I deserve this kindness! Thank you for the honor. I keep coming back to your blog, because there is something here which truly appeals to me intellectually and emotionally. For one thing, you and I both write in English. I write in English because I am convinced that the words we write will be read and heard by non-Iranians who deserve to know that Iran isn't just a spot on the map; that Iran has people in it who are just like others in the world, with hopes, fears, worries, and dreams which are based on love for friends, family, and the world; and that for many reasons, we might be a nation misrepresented by our government, and misunderstood by the rest of the world. For another, I see that you put so much thought, energy, and love into researching and explaining issues relating to human rights, which are near and dear to my heart. I am not an activist, but I do believe in responsible citizenship of this world. If we know something and there is a stage to say it, we must. Anyhow, thank you again for your kind and encouraging gesture. Be good and thrive.
