Just heard that my friends sister was fined 15,000 toman for her hair and dress and she has said her "ropoosh" was considered not bad at all.
btw, it appears that this is happening in other cities too. It is not only in Tehran!
I wonder what would happen if everyone shaved their heads? Would they all be able to walk around without a scarf?
